What is it and how does it affect our results? To get the results we want we first need to be thinking about what we really want. This makes it possible to add meaning to the outcome we want and why we want it.
Secondly, as we add layers of emotions then our heart, mind and soul get involved and we choose to act on our choices. What we tell ourselves will support our decision or undermine it. This means supportive self-talk will sustain us through the process as we achieve our goals/ results and overcome any obstacles or resistance.
Achieving success reinforces our confidence to do more and the loop continues.
If we have doubts about our confidence or capacity to perform the task or to get the outcome we want then we are limiting our results.
Positive self-talk then is a must to get the best results.
